The House
Everything we run for the store, from the ridge. Four of six lanes live this month, two still on the ladder.
Month to date, Aloha Auto Depot has turned 296 tracked conversions on $9,500 of dealer-funded media — calls, ClearCar submissions, acquisitions, deals and leases, counted once each. The store's strongest lane is still Buying Center at 26 cars bought, and FB Store is carrying the gross at $58.2K off eleven CDK-matched deals.
Two lanes are budget-limited, not demand-limited — Depot and Buying Center both spent their full $4,000 and kept converting to the last dollar.
Drive Aloha is two months old — eighteen leases at $340. Small numbers on purpose; the lane is still proving its floor.
Two vendor statements are missing — until Alex sends June, the ledger says "awaiting statements" instead of guessing.
Military-audience search converts at roughly 2.6× the general lease audience. He now weights that split when he reads the leasing lane.
A ClearCar submission is worth counting; an in-platform Google conversion is not. He stopped reporting the second one entirely.
Deals land in the sheet up to four days after the lead ID does. He holds the month open that long before calling it.
Nothing here was typed in by hand. Each line is a rule he wrote after the data disagreed with him.
Read it plainly: 296 tracked conversions this month — calls, ClearCar submissions, acquisitions, deals and leases combined — on $9,500 of dealer-funded media. Depot and Buying Center are still budget-limited, not demand-limited.
FB Store
Storefront lane. Every deal here matched to a CDK lead ID before it is allowed on this screen.
Source: Ryan's master sheet joined to the Sales Log on CDK lead ID — the same numbers that hit the invoice, so there is nothing to dispute.
Depot
The buyer lane. Phones ringing at the port end of town — calls are the only headline this screen will ever print.
Buying Center
The seller lane. Cars come through the gate under the pole lights — ClearCar is the truth here, never an in-platform conversion.
Drive Aloha
The leasing lane, taken. Second month live, demand still forming, every dollar so far has converted.
In-house shop, complimentary loaners, 170-car selection, one-to-six month terms. Nobody else in this lane offers that combination.
Military profile · 2022 Rogue · roughly $1K down, $600 a month.
Weekly Pack
Buying Center picked up six more acquisitions than last week — twenty-six total, still budget-limited, not demand-limited. Drive Aloha's second tracked lease landed Thursday: a college-student Sentra at the Gold tier. FB Store closed eleven CDK-matched deals for $58.2K gross.
Moved $18 a day out of Depot's generic keywords and into Drive Aloha's military audience — projected nine more lease calls this month. Paused three underperforming Buying Center ad groups and put that spend on the top performer.
Raise Drive Aloha's daily budget by $10 once the third tracked lease lands. The leasing lane is still budget-limited, not demand-limited, and every dollar so far has converted.
Alex's June vendor statements for the ledger — Edmunds and the CDK invoice specifically — so next week's Vendor Ledger posts real numbers instead of "awaiting statements."
Receipts + Ledger
Every move logged in plain language, and every vendor's dollars measured the same way — including ours.
